Coinbase proposes four suggestions and calls on the US SEC to clarify digital asset regulation

Faryar Shirzad, chief policy officer of Coinbase, pointed out that Washington urgently needs to clarify the issue of cryptocurrency. The exchange has made four suggestions to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, one of which aims to clarify that "digital assets that do not represent any corporate rights are not securities" but should be classified as "digital commodities."
