Odaily News Recently, there have been many fake Binance SMS scams in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission responded that according to the Securities and Futures Ordinance and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, it is a crime to operate a business of regulated activities and provide virtual asset services in Hong Kong without a license and/or actively promote such services to Hong Kong investors in Hong Kong or from outside Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission will not hesitate to take appropriate action against any violations, but will not comment on individual incidents.
