Metaplanet CEO: Bitcoin has achieved a 45.1% return so far in 2025

Odaily News Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company, announced today that it has purchased another 497 BTC, bringing its holdings to 2,888. Its CEO Simon Gerovich posted on the X platform that the company has achieved a 45.1% Bitcoin yield so far in 2025, and its Bitcoin purchase price is approximately US$240.2 million, with an average purchase price of approximately US$83,172.
