Tether CEO: Quantum-resistant addresses will be added to the Bitcoin network before facing the threat of quantum computing

Odaily News Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino predicted in an article on X that quantum computing is still very far away from any significant risk of cracking the Bitcoin encryption system. Quantum-resistant addresses will eventually be added to Bitcoin before any serious threat emerges.
All living people (and those with access to their wallets) will move their bitcoins to new quantum-resistant addresses. Any bitcoins in lost wallets, including Satoshi’s (if he’s dead), will be hacked and put back into circulation.
