US Secretary of State says he will serve as acting administrator of USAID

Odaily News U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said he was the acting director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Rubio also said on the same day that the United States does not want to establish a hostile or negative relationship with Panama.
