Odaily星球日报讯 据香港证监会公告显示，字节跳动联合创始人张一鸣创立的 Cool River Venture HK Limited 已获颁发 9 号牌（资产管理牌照），可在香港开展资产管理业务。另据香港特别行政区政府公司注册处官网显示，Cool River Venture HK Limited 注册成立于 2023 年 5 月 22 日。有报道称，Cool River Venture 是一家私人股份有限公司，张一鸣是唯一董事，股东注册地位于开曼群岛。
