Metaplanet becomes the second largest corporate Bitcoin holder in Asia, second only to Boyaa Interactive

Odaily News Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company, announced today on X that it has increased its holdings by another 156.78 BTC, bringing its total holdings to 1,018.17 BTC. The latest purchase of Bitcoin makes it the second largest corporate Bitcoin holder in Asia, second only to Boyaa Interactive International, which holds 1,100 BTC. It is reported that when community members asked whether the company would continue to buy BTC, Metaplanet executives replied "forever", implying that they would buy Bitcoin in the future.
