The document reads: "On Sunday, October 6, at 5:00 AM CET, the results of the Liberland Experimental Parliamentary elections were counted. The winner of this election is Justin Sun, serial entrepreneur and founder of the TRON (TRX) network. President Vit Ledlitka nominated Speaker Justin Sun as Acting Prime Minister of Liberland." Liberland is a private state founded by Czech Vit Jedlitka on April 13, 2015, claiming an area of just 7 square kilometers located on the border between Serbia and Croatia.
