Thousands of people registered for the Trump family's crypto project WLFI on the first day of its launch

Odaily News World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a Trump family cryptocurrency project, said on Tuesday that "thousands of people" have signed up for its whitelist since it went online on Monday. The project launched a "KYC" verification service on its website on Monday. The official website wrote: "In the United States, this information is only available to people who are also certified as qualified investors." Earlier, Trump posted on the X platform that whitelist registration for his family's DeFi project World Liberty Financial (WLFI) has been opened to qualified investors. It is reported that due to current US policies and regulatory restrictions, WLFI has established two separate whitelists: one for US-accredited investors and the other for all non-US individuals.
