Australian listed company Vinyl Group acquires Web3 music company Serenade

Odaily News Australian listed music group Vinyl Group disclosed to the Australian Stock Exchange ASX on Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Web3 music company Serenade. The acquisition agreement includes a prepayment of A$800,000 worth of notes and a note of A$1.5 million to be paid based on profit and loss targets. As part of the agreement, key employees of Serenade have joined Vinyl Group, including founder and CEO Shand. (Themusicnetwork)
