Odaily News The National Association for Business Economics (NABE) economist panel noted that the overall risks facing the economy are increasing, with 55% of economists saying that the economy is more likely to perform weaker than expected than better than expected, with Fed policy at the top of the list of possible influencing factors. Currently, the panel's median forecast shows that U.S. economic growth is expected to slow to 1.8% next year from the expected 2.6% this year, the unemployment rate will rise to 4.4% from the current 4.2%, and inflation will reach 2.1% next year.
