The specific offline arrangements are as follows: Phase 1 (September 30, 2024): Users can consume and withdraw cash normally, and the registration and recharge functions will be offline. Phase 2 (October 31, 2024): All cards will be automatically deleted by the system, and the balance of the card will be transferred to the user's OneKey Card wallet account, and can be withdrawn to the exchange account or Web3 address at any time.
