Aptos launches new consensus protocol Raptr

Odaily News Alexander Spiegelman, head of research at Aptos Labs, announced that Aptos has launched a new BFT consensus mechanism protocol, Raptr. Raptr combines the main DAG (directed acyclic graph) technology to unlock high TP while retaining the best theoretical latency. Alexander said that the team will deploy Raptr in two phases, and the first phase will be launched soon.
