Odaily News New York Attorney General Letitia James has joined the regulatory offensive against cryptocurrency trading platform Uniswap, according to internal communications about the New York Attorney General's subpoena seen by Coindesk and two people familiar with the matter. Last month, Letitia James' office issued subpoenas to some venture capital firms that invested in Uniswap, including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Union Square Ventures, two sources said. "Letitia James seems to be following in the footsteps of SEC Chairman Gensler and using cryptocurrency as a political punching bag," said an anonymous person who has seen the subpoena. (Coindesk)
