Tally Protocol CEO: Golden Boys’ move on CompoundDAO is not a governance attack

Odaily News Dennison Bertram, CEO of Tally Protocol, said that the recent decision by a group of governance token holders to create a yield product on the Compound lending protocol was not a "governance attack." Dennison Bertram explained: "Just because other COMP token holders reacted indifferently does not mean that the proposal of Humpy and Golden Boys is an attack; the smart contract was not exploited and the actions taken were in accordance with the rules of the DAO that runs the protocol; this shows that the democratic process for governing the DAO is not perfect and needs to be improved."
