Odaily News The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has announced the list of participants in the stablecoin issuer sandbox. The following institutions will participate in the sandbox, effective today: JD CoinChain Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Yuanbi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Anni Group Limited, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. The above institutions have demonstrated their true intention and reasonable plans to develop stablecoin issuance business in Hong Kong during the evaluation process, and will carry out the proposed operations in a risk-controlled manner under the sandbox.
