Odaily News A Delaware judge on Monday heard arguments from lawyers challenging a massive payout request from Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who argued that the massive compensation he received was illegal and should be invalidated. Lawyers for a Tesla shareholder who challenged Musk's 2018 compensation package asked Judge Kathaleen Saint Jude McCormick to award them legal fees in the form of Tesla Inc. stock, which is worth more than $7 billion at current trading prices. The 2018 Musk pay package that was struck down by the judge could have been worth more than $55 billion. McCormick did not say when she would rule on the fee request after a full day of expert witness testimony and attorney arguments. (Fortune)
