Some users are unable to exchange assets in Coinbase Wallet and cannot convert V1 to V2

Odaily News A community user reported that there was a problem with the Coinbase wallet, unable to convert V1 to V2, unable to perform bridge operations on the Coinbase wallet, and unable to swap any assets (unable to connect to MetaMask and Trust Wallet). Coinbase Support said it was aware of the problems encountered when converting wallets and connecting to other wallets and provided documentation with detailed steps to solve the problem. In addition, Coinbase feedback requires users to provide error messages and the steps taken so far to help Coinbase diagnose the problem and provide a more accurate solution.
