Odaily News Meme coin ZynCoin project reached a settlement with Fortune 500 company and tobacco giant Philip Morris. Philip Morris initially asked ZynCoin to stop using ZYN Coin, ZynCoin and any references to ZYN products or any other images similar to the ZYN logo. ZynCoin rejected the above request, but made certain concessions: the prefix zyn will remain in the name of the token, but the team behind it will fine-tune its marketing. Since ZynCoin has no centralized entity, Philip Morris cannot sue or request the termination of the project, so after talking with ZynCoin founder Colton Kirkpatrick and his lawyers, the company gave up its initial claims.
