Developer Burak plans to launch Bitcoin L2 "Brollup" to introduce more DeFi use cases

Odaily News Bitcoin developer Burak is developing a new Bitcoin L2 "Brollup" that aims to bring more DeFi use cases to it. Burak explained that Brollup provides a Bitcoin native rollup design that bundles transactions without the need to hard fork Bitcoin or issue non-Bitcoin tokens. Brollup is still in the "design phase" and may launch a signet (testnet) later this year. Burak added that Brollup aims to support more than 90% of DeFi use cases when it is finally released.
