Odaily News Osmosis voted to reach an agreement with Nomic to use a free Bitcoin bridge to allow Bitcoin to enter the Cosmos ecosystem. Key to making this happen is a revenue sharing agreement with Bitcoin bridge Nomic. The announcement stated that the proposed agreement will align Nomic's protocol revenue with the usage of its bridged BTC, with the goal of eliminating some of the friction that users may have previously encountered when transferring their Bitcoin holdings to other ecosystems for DeFi activities. With less than 24 hours left until the voting ends, 95% of the Osmosis DAO community has approved the deal. (CoinDesk)
