Odaily News Morgan Stanley disclosed in its 13F filing with the SEC in Q1 that it invested $269.9 million in the spot Bitcoin ETF through Grayscale GBTC. According to Fintel data, this investment makes it one of the largest holders of GBTC after Susquehanna International Group (investment of $1 billion). Morgan Stanley is also one of many global systemically important banks (G-SIBs) that have disclosed investments in spot Bitcoin ETFs, including Royal Bank of Canada, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas and UBS.
