Cboe BZX applies to the US SEC to modify the Franklin Bitcoin ETF cash subscription deadline

Odaily News Cboe BZX Exchange has submitted an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to modify the cash subscription deadline for the previously approved Franklin Bitcoin ETF, changing the cash subscription basket order deadline from 3 p.m. Eastern Time to 2 p.m., the exchange's regular trading close time, or other time determined by the sponsor. The change is intended to provide fund sponsors with greater flexibility in determining subscription deadlines.
