Odaily News L1 Blockchain Canto plans to launch the parallel execution EVM Cyclone Stack. Cyclone Stack will remain fully compatible with EVM to provide users with a better experience. Canto will support Cyclone Stack through the following upgrades: -Callisto upgrade: It is planned to reduce the block time to sub-second level and will use Cosmos SDK V0.50 and ABCI 2.0. -Elara upgrade: The Optimistic parallel execution EVM module will be launched, bringing high efficiency standards to Layer-1 based on the Cosmos SDK. -Kallichore upgrade: will eliminate storage bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of Cosmos SDK. The Callisto upgrade is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2024, and the Elara and Kallichore upgrades are scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2024.
