BarnBridge DAO founder reaches settlement with SEC, fines $1.7 million

Odaily News The founder of risk-rated derivatives protocol BarnBridge DAO has agreed to pay more than $1.7 million to settle charges from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The settlement is intended to resolve charges brought by the SEC regarding unregistered securities. As previously reported, Douglas Park, the legal counsel of BarnBridge DAO, stated that the SEC is investigating Barnbridge DAO and its related personnel. (fxnews)
