According to Odailys on-chain analyst Ember Monitoring, the whale (0x828), which is mainly responsible for ETHs market breakthrough, started buying again on November 19 and today after selling 17,500 ETH the day before yesterday, spending 18 million USDC to buy 9,131 ETH.
