ProShares launches short-selling Ethereum futures ETF

Odaily News ProShares announced on Thursday that it is launching an ETF that allows investors to short Ethereum futures. The ProShares short Ethereum strategy is designed to provide the opposite daily performance of the SP CME Ethereum Futures Index. If the index falls 1%, the ETF will earn a 1% return. Like other cryptocurrency ETFs, the new product is tied to Ethereum’s futures contracts rather than the spot price. (Reuters)
