The judge allows the prosecutor in the SBF case to present evidence of his political donations to the jury

Odaily News U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan said that prosecutors in the case of FTX founder SBF can discuss SBF’s political donations in the upcoming trial because these donations are closely related to the fraud charges he faces. Evidence that Defendants used FTX client funds for political contributions is direct evidence of a wire fraud scheme as it is relevant to establishing Defendants motives and alleged fraudulent intent, Kaplan wrote.
