SBF lawyers file another motion for pretrial release

Odaily News According to the latest court documents, SBFs defense team has re-filed an application for interim release during the upcoming trial, citing the difficulty of preparing an adequate defense under current restrictions. The legal team said the SBFs knowledge and involvement would be crucial in reviewing thousands of pages of investigative material and financial records involving complex matters if he remains in custody.
