Odaily News According to a court document on September 15, the SEC has filed an unblocking motion to disclose the contents of a confidential document it submitted last month. The SEC, as well as Binance and Binance.US, have agreed to unseal many documents filed by the SEC last month, including documents related to the “Motion for Injunctive and Other Relief” and the “Motion for a Protective Order Against Binance.US.” According to the filing, the SEC also has no objection to the sealing or partial sealing of certain documents designated by defendants BAM Trading Services Inc. and BAM Management US Holdings Inc. (collectively, BAM) as confidential if defendants BAM Trading Services Inc. and BAM Management US Holdings Inc. (collectively, BAM) continue to require confidentiality. The SEC claimed, Binance.US caused significant delays in the case while it filed sealed documents with the court in response to a previous request by the SEC. It is reported that Binance.US (BAM) has submitted revised versions of relevant documents; Binance and the SEC recommended that some sealed documents be publicly disclosed, and some were classified as disputed documents.
