Odaily News SEC Chairman Gary Gensler attended a hearing of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. Gensler said at the hearing that cryptocurrency is full of fraud. In addition, Gensler said that the comment period for rulemaking usually takes 12-24 months after public feedback, and it may take many years when it comes to the encryption industry.
