Odaily News In a September 6 filing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Court Clerk Catherine OHagan Wolfe said a circuit judge rejected SBFs legal teams request to immediately remove SBF from the Metropolitan Brooklyn Detention Center Motion to release. SBFs lawyer once argued that SBF could only use the computer twice a week, and there were problems with the battery and signal, which had a significant impact on the defense. A motion for pretrial release will now go to a full three-judge panel; an additional criminal trial against SBF will begin on October 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
