The first OP Stack fault-proofing system update developed by Optimism

Odaily News According to an official blog post, the Optimism ecosystem is developing a fault-proof system for OP Stack, including components such as Fault-Proof Programs (FPP), Fault-Proof Virtual Machines (FPVM), Dispute Game, etc. Additionally, the separation of FPP and FPVM enables the same operation programs to run in both FPVM and ZKVM, helping OP Stack ZKP achieve zero-knowledge proof of validity and provide support for low-latency cross-chain bridges between different networks. Moreover, Optimism plans to introduce the alpha version of the fault-proof system to the test network.
