Espresso Sequencer testnet version Doppio has been released and will be open to external nodes in the coming months.
Odaily News - Blockchain infrastructure company Espresso Systems has released the testnet version of Espresso Sequencer called Doppio on the Polygon zkEVM fork. The testnet is currently running internally and will be opened to external nodes in the coming months.
Additionally, the team plans to ensure economic consistency with the Ethereum Layer 1 through ETH staking and is currently collaborating with Eigenlayer.
Following the launch of the testnet on Polygon zkVM, Jill Gunter, co-founder of Espresso, mentioned that Espresso is also collaborating with Caldera to establish integration between Espresso Sequencer and the OP stack. Furthermore, Espresso has partnered with Spire, Injective, and Catalyst AMM to prioritize integration with their projects and Espresso Sequencer. (Blockworks)
