BuilderDAO releases its first edition whitepaper, officially establishes treasury and multisig.

Odaily News: Recently, BuidlerDAO proposed BIP-001: Genesis Proposal and BIP-002: First Guardian Election Proposal. The proposals confirmed the first version of the whitepaper and formally established the treasury and multisig (with 5 sword-bearers), as well as elected the Head of the Council and the Guardians.
The whitepaper is based on the principles of incentive compatibility, effective governance, and long-termism. It defines the organizational structure of the Council+Guardians, hierarchical decision-making mechanisms, and establishes a contribution incentive system combining reputation tokens ($BRP) and stablecoins.
BuidlerDAO was launched in May 2022 and has gathered Web3 developers, researchers, and operators to organize content output and product practices in the form of a DAO. It aims to explore the governance paradigm of Social DAO and provide governance tool solutions, build a deep talent and project network, and promote the widespread adoption and prosperity of Web3 applications.
