Maverick announces airdrop details, 30 million MAV tokens will be available for application starting at 16:00 today.

Odaily News: Maverick Protocol has announced the details of their airdrop. During the Pre-Season ecosystem incentive program, they will airdrop 30 million MAV tokens to users, accounting for 1.5% of the total supply of MAV tokens. The snapshot for this round has been completed on June 23rd at 4:00 AM Beijing time.



A total of 26,155 Ethereum mainnet wallet addresses and 96,075 zkSync Era network wallet addresses are eligible to claim MAV tokens in this first airdrop. Qualified users can start claiming the airdrop on June 28th at 4:00 PM Beijing time.



The MAV token airdrop claim process will take place on both the Ethereum and zkSync Era chains. The veMAV tokens will be available on both the Ethereum and zkSync Era chains. Users can stake MAV tokens and receive veMAV tokens during the claiming process.



Furthermore, within 30 days, a governance incentive program will be launched for all veMAV holders, who will be eligible to receive governance bonus incentives. If users stake MAV tokens to obtain veMAV tokens, they will also qualify for additional voting incentives provided through the governance incentive program. The snapshot for the governance incentive program will be taken on July 28th at 4:00 AM Beijing time. All veMAV holders at the time of the snapshot will receive 10 million MAV tokens according to their veMAV balance, automatically staked for 4 years and providing them with more veMAV tokens.
