Odaily星球日报讯 加密交易平台Binance及其CEO CZ因涉嫌违反交易和衍生品规则而被美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）起诉。

CFTC周一在芝加哥联邦法院提起诉讼。衍生品监管机构表示，Binance没有正确注册，从而逃避了应尽义务。至少从2021年起，CFTC就一直在调查Binance是否未能阻止美国居民买卖加密货币衍生品。CFTC规则通常要求平台在允许美国人交易这些产品时向该机构注册。（彭博社）
