Putin Signs Bill Banning Digital Assets for Payments in Russia

俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔·普京签署了一项禁止使用数字金融资产支付的法案。该法案要求交易所运营商拒绝处理促进使用数字金融资产DFA（目前涵盖加密货币的法律类别）作为“货币替代品”的交易。该禁令也适用于实用数字版权（UDR）。新法规将在俄罗斯政府公报公布10天后生效。（Bitcoin.com）
