据官方消息，MetaCat完成种子轮融资，参投机构包括HashKey、Zonff Partners、Digital Humanism、Metaverse Limited、Null Capital。

MetaCat专注于元宇宙数据分析、内容导航、土地租赁等业务。官网于2021年12月上线，并推出元宇宙内容导航、数据分析等功能。此外，MetaCat于2021 Q3开始提供元宇宙新地速报、元宇宙月报等数据服务。
