, the first documentary about Ethereum "Ethereum: Infinite Garden" has completed crowdfunding a few days ago. The documentary's fundraising goal was 750 ETH, and 1035.96 ETH were overfunded within 3 days. According to the projected timetable, the film will be shown at a major film festival in the winter of 2023.
It is reported that 95% of the funds raised will be used for the production budget of the film, about 984.16 ETH; 2% will be donated to Carbonfund.org for carbon offset, about 20.72 ETH; 3% will be donated to Gitcoin Grants to support the open source Ethereum project, about 31.08 ETH.
Due to limited funds, Optimist decided to use crypto crowdfunding to raise funds for the project.
