Arthur Hayes-led AI agent project Flop Labs is building a GPU computing power exchange, supporting the purchase of computing power with FLOP tokens

Odaily reported that Flop Labs, the AI agent project led by Arthur Hayes, has announced it is building a GPU computing power exchange to support the buying and selling of computing resources. Flop Labs noted that Nvidia's quarterly data center computing power sales reached $89 billion, a year-on-year increase of 117%, yet GPU pricing remains unstandardized and users still need to contact suppliers directly for quotes. On Flop, AI agents will use FLOP tokens to purchase computing power from miners, while validators will re-execute part of the completed computational work to verify the pricing basis used in transactions.
