Odaily Odaily News: Lawyer Daniel Wallach posted on platform X stating that the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Kalshi's motion for a stay of enforcement of New York's gambling law pending appeal. The New York Attorney General can now seek injunctive relief and disgorgement of illegal gains against Kalshi in the New York County Supreme Court.
