Odaily Planet Daily News Tokenization company Securitize's subsidiary, Securitize Capital, has officially obtained registration as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), enabling it to collaborate more closely with asset management firms and institutional investors on tokenized investment strategies. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo stated that this move represents a significant step in the platform's ongoing expansion. As of now, Securitize's U.S. platform has integrated four regulated services: SEC-registered investment adviser, SEC-registered broker-dealer, SEC-registered transfer agent, and fund administration services. Securitize went public on July 2 through a SPAC merger.
