The "Magnificent Seven" tech stocks all rose in early trading, with Amazon up 0.66%, Microsoft up 2.11%, Apple up 0.76%, Google up 1.8%, Meta up 4%, Tesla up 4.02%, and Nvidia up 1.03%, according to MSX.COM data.
GoPro surged over 6% after announcing a $285 million all-cash acquisition agreement with optical module manufacturer Starman Optical. Broadcom fell over 4% as its fourth-quarter revenue forecast missed expectations. AI server maker Hewlett Packard Enterprise dropped over 8% following the release of its Q3 fiscal year 2026 results.
