美国司法部对a16z展开反垄断调查，涉及Databricks与Fivetran董事任职问题

The Odaily planet daily reported that, according to sources familiar with the matter, the U.S. Department of Justice is conducting an antitrust investigation into Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), reviewing whether its investment partners have improperly held board seats at competing AI companies simultaneously.

The investigation involves Databricks and Fivetran, both invested in by a16z. a16z co-founder Ben Horowitz serves as a director at Databricks, while partner Martin Casado serves as a director at Fivetran.

Sources say the investigation has been ongoing for nearly a year, and the DOJ has not yet decided whether to take further action and may ultimately take none at all. (bloomberg)
