The Odaily Planet Daily reports, according to MSX.COM data, SanDisk's stock price gains have further expanded, with the latest increase reaching 7%.

SanDisk, a memory chipmaker, stated that its Chief Financial Officer expects to secure total contracts worth $93.9 billion from eight customers over the contract period. From fiscal 2028 to fiscal 2030, the Non-GAAP gross margin is projected to reach approximately 80%, the Non-GAAP operating margin is expected to hit around 75%, and the adjusted free cash flow margin is forecast to remain at 50%. The company also noted that after fulfilling strategic investments and business development needs, it will return 100% of excess cash to shareholders.

SanDisk anticipates that with the improvement of the memory industry cycle and growing demand for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure, its profitability will be further enhanced, boosting shareholder value through high-margin operations and capital return strategies. This capital allocation plan indicates that SanDisk will prioritize business expansion and strategic investments in the future while returning remaining cash to investors through share buybacks, dividends, and other means.
