Any vessel transiting the Strait of Hormuz must obtain Iran's permission; Iran has complete control over the Strait of Hormuz. The Iranian military is monitoring U.S. movements in the region.

Trump's claims about controlling the strait are a lie, merely a manifestation of his forces' helplessness.
