Analysis: Number of US-Listed Leveraged ETFs Surpasses 700, More Than Double the Figure at End of 2024

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Kobeissi Letter stated on X platform that the number of US-listed leveraged ETFs has reached a record high of 700, more than double the figure at the end of 2024. Of these, over 400 are single-stock leveraged ETFs.

Furthermore, in the first half of 2026, leveraged ETFs and inverse ETFs accounted for 31% of all new ETF issuances in the US, up from 22% for the full year of 2025. In June alone, 117 leveraged/inverse ETFs were listed, representing nearly half of the total new US ETFs added that month.
