According to Coinglass data, the Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index has remained in negative territory for 49 consecutive days (from May 19 to date), with the latest reading at -0.1072%. Previously, the index recorded a 40-day streak of negative premiums from January 16 to February 24 this year, setting the longest "consecutive negative" record since the indicator's launch, surpassing the approximately 30-day consecutive negative premium period during the "1011 crash." Historical data shows that prolonged negative premiums often coincide with outflows of US institutional capital, suggesting caution against short-term correction pressure.
