With monthly profit turning positive in June, Samsung internally is said to believe that the likelihood of a profitability turnaround starting from the third quarter has increased. The production of HBM4 base dies using Samsung's 4-nanometer process is seen as a key factor driving this turnaround, and yield improvement is also considered a major factor supporting the positive monthly profit.
